Harvest:  White grapes are picked at full maturity in the middle of September.  Harvested at night in order to preserve the freshness of the grapes.

 

Color: Pale gold, crystal clear, light green reflection

 

Smell:  White peach, anise, perfume of white roses.

 

Taste:  Lively, exotic fruits, beautiful acidity.
