Winemaker's Notes
After harvest, the grapes were crushed and cold soaked to extract deep color and rich flavors. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation to add softness and complexity while packing powerful fruit forward character. Aged in a combination of 50% French and 50% American Oak barrels for 8 months. A serious wine for those expecting great wine in every glass.
