Notes: The 2005 Rollat was designed to showcase the fabulous fruit of Walla Walla while presenting a wine of classic elegance and balance. We believe we have achieved our goal in this wine. The wine features lovely cherry in the Merlot, raspberry in the Cabernet Franc and dark fruit flavors in the Cabernet Sauvignon. The mouth-feel features tannins that are round and at the mid palette along with perfect acidity.
